Weber tweed type head cabinets use the same chassis as the standard combo. In the head configuration, the chassis is positioned so the tubes are laying down, positioned horizontal towards the back of the of the cabinet.
I separate cable for the speaker output plugs into the normal or main speaker jack, and is wired to a jack cup on the rear center of the head cabinet. Accessibility to the mounting bolts and nuts for the chassis in the head cabinet are through two 1-1/8" holes on the bottom of the cabinet. Once the chassis is installed and tightened in place, those holes are plugged with metal hole plugs provided with the head cabinet.
Blackface (6Axx) head cabinets are approximately 6" deeper than 60's blackface "piggyback" type head cabinets, to allow for distance between the reverb pan and the power transformer. The effort there is to prevent AC hum coupling into the reverb pickup device.
